The atelier
Menswear that draws on tradition and folklore, cut for the man who wears it now. Made in Lahore, for the most photographed days of a life.
Tradition, never dated
Shameel Khan began with one conviction: stay close to tradition, and never lose sight of the modern look. The sherwani your grandfather wore, cut and finished for the way you stand today.
We make timeless pieces drawn from the stories, crafts and celebrations of the subcontinent, and we make them for one man at a time.

Hand, needle and time
Each design is drawn, then traced onto the cloth and worked by hand: zardozi in metal thread, beads set one at a time, tone-on-tone embroidery that only shows in the light.
That is why we ask for time. A bespoke sherwani takes about ten weeks, and every hour of it is visible.

One ensemble, head to toe
We dress the whole groom. The turban is tied in the leading tones of the outfit, the khussas can be cut from the sherwani’s own fabric, and the Mehndi, Baraat and Walima are planned together as one wardrobe.
